Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using luttie (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Use of the Service

luttie is a browser-based colour grading and LUT editing tool. You may use the Service for personal or commercial projects. You are responsible for ensuring that any images you upload are owned by you or that you have the rights to use them.

3. Intellectual Property

LUT files you download from luttie, free or paid, may be used in personal and commercial projects, including client work, in any software. You may not resell, redistribute or repackage the LUT files themselves. LUTs you export from your own adjustments belong to you.

4. Image Data

Images you upload are processed entirely in your browser. They are never transmitted to or stored on our servers. We do not have access to any images you use with the Service.

5. Payments and Refunds

Paid plans are billed through Stripe. The week pass is a single, non-recurring charge. Monthly Pro renews until cancelled; you can cancel at any time from your account settings and retain Pro until the end of the period already paid for. Lifetime is a one-time charge with no recurring billing.

Refunds are assessed on usage. If you have purchased a paid plan and have not used it — no LUT exports, no AI grades, no video exports — contact us and you will be refunded in full. Once the Service has been used, refunds are generally not available, because AI grading and video export incur per-use compute costs that cannot be recovered. Nothing here limits any statutory right you may have as a consumer under the law of your country of residence.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, luttie and its owners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
