V-Log and V-Log L are LUMIX's flat profiles. There is no Panasonic pack yet, so this page covers the conversion workflow and points at the free library.

Convert V-Log before you grade it
V-Log L on the GH-series is a reduced version of full V-Log, with less range and a different curve. Both need a conversion to Rec.709 before any look, and the two are not interchangeable — a full V-Log conversion applied to V-Log L will overshoot.
The workflow
Know which V-Log you have
The GH5 and GH6 shoot V-Log L. The S1H and Varicam shoot full V-Log. The curves differ.
Convert to Rec.709
Panasonic publishes conversion LUTs for both. Apply one, at the bottom of the stack.
Grade on top
The free Luttie LUTs work once the footage is normalised.

Grade in the browser editor and export a .cube for the rest of the project.
No Panasonic pack yet
There is no paid Panasonic pack. The free LUT library downloads without an account, and the editor runs in the browser with no install, so you can convert and grade Panasonic footage without buying anything.

Not yet. V-Log and V-Log L need different conversions, and building both properly is more work than a single profile. The free library and the editor cover the look half in the meantime.
V-Log L is the reduced version on the GH-series, with around 12 stops against full V-Log's 14. The curves differ, so a conversion built for one overshoots on the other.
Yes. The Luttie editor opens the footage in the browser with no install, and every LUT in the free library downloads without an account.
Only a V-Log L conversion will. A full V-Log conversion applied to V-Log L footage will push contrast and saturation too far.
