Yes. Luttie's editor is free to use — you can grade footage, work with curves and color wheels, and export watermarked images with a free account. Pro removes the watermark and unlocks AI Grade, full LUT export, RAW file support, and film effects like grain, halation, and bloom.
Monthly is a subscription you can cancel anytime. Lifetime is a one-time payment that gives you Pro access forever, including future updates, with no recurring billing.
Most people use Luttie in bursts — a shoot lands, you grade, you disappear for three weeks. That's exactly what a subscription punishes and a lifetime licence doesn't. Pay once, come back whenever there's work.
Yes, the monthly subscription can be cancelled anytime from your account settings. You'll keep Pro access until the end of your current billing period.
Yes. Every Pro plan can be used for commercial, freelance, and client work — real estate, product and e-commerce photography, food and restaurant shoots, automotive listings, and more. There's no separate commercial licence to buy and no per-seat limit for a solo operator.
Yes. Checkout is handled by Stripe, which emails a receipt for every payment and can issue a proper invoice (with your business details and VAT/tax where applicable) — so Luttie Pro is straightforward to expense.
Refunds depend on usage. If you bought Pro and haven't used it — no LUT exports, no AI grades, no video exports — reach out via the contact form on the homepage and you'll get a full refund, whichever plan you're on. Once you've actually used Luttie, a refund generally isn't possible: AI Grade and video export cost real money to run every time they're used, and Luttie is a one-person operation that can't absorb both the compute and a reversed payment. Cancelling a monthly subscription is a separate thing and always available from your account settings — you keep Pro until the period you've paid for ends.
Yes. Checkout accepts PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay alongside cards — whichever of them your country, browser, and device support will appear as an option on the checkout page. Prices are also shown and charged in your local currency where available. If none of those work for you, reach out via the contact form on the homepage and I'll send you a payment link directly and set your account up myself.
