What it looks like

Blacks are lifted, so shadows read grey rather than true black. Contrast is compressed into a narrow band between mid-grey and soft highlight. Shadows carry a slight cool cast, mid-tones a slight warmth.

• Travel vlogs: softens harsh midday light
• Portrait and headshot: compressed contrast is forgiving on skin texture
• Short-form social: holds up at small sizes

How to use it

Download the .cube file and import it into your NLE:

• DaVinci Resolve → Color page → LUTs panel → right-click to import
• Premiere Pro → Lumetri Color → Creative → Look → Browse
• Final Cut Pro → Effects → Custom LUT → assign the file
• CapCut Desktop → Adjust → LUT → import (the mobile app has no LUT import)

Apply it before any manual lift. It already lifts the blacks, and a second lift will clip the shadows.
