see what a tool does before you open it

the editor has a lot of tools, and their names don't always say what they do. now each one shows you.

• –hover a tool on the editor's rail for a moment: a line on what it does, and two to four versions of your own photo with it applied on top of your grade. creative shows three looks, film three stocks, hsl picks your photo's main colour, masks lifts the middle.
• –on a phone, press and hold a tool to see the same, with an open button.
• –a shorter tour: the first-visit tour is now two cards, one pointing at the tools to hover and one at export. you can still take it from help.
