f-log, logc and blackmagic film

five more log formats go straight into the editor.

• –fujifilm f-log and f-log2: decoded with f-gamut, which uses rec.2020's primaries.
• –arri logc3 (alexa mini, mini lf, amira) at ei 800, and logc4 (alexa 35).
• –blackmagic film gen 5: prores from a pocket or cinema camera, or braw exported from resolve as film gen 5.

set the film engine's source to your format, free, or pick its camera luts in the camera panel with pro: a plain rec.709 conversion and five looks for each. the curves and gamuts are the manufacturers' published ones, checked against the colour-science library.

not covered yet: f-log2 c, blackmagic film gen 4 and older, and red.
